This expansive project encompasses three separate facilities: Dau Tieng 1, 2, and 3, with capacities of 150 MW, 200 MW, and 150 MW respectively.

PC1 contributed a comprehensive range of services to this project, including legal support, technical design, procurement, construction, development, manufacturing, installation, testing, operational management, and the commissioning of the power plant.

The Dau Tieng solar power initiative employs cutting-edge photovoltaic technology, with a setup that includes arrays of PV panels, an inverter system, and systems for monitoring, control, boosting, and transmission. The layout is meticulously planned, optimizing the spacing, angling, and orientation of equipment to enhance efficiency and reduce expenditure.

Spanning over 1.3 million PV modules, the facility boasts 170,000 foundational piles, 600 kilometers of steel support structures, around 160 kilometers of cabling, and 2,000 kilometers of wiring, requiring 35,000 tons of galvanized steel for the panel-supporting steel framework. All components are interconnected with the 220 kV Transformer Station managed by Dau Tieng Tay Ninh Energy Joint Stock Company.

The Dau Tieng solar power plant is projected to generate approximately 14.9 TWh of solar energy over 25 years, equating to 592,300 MWh annually, sufficient to power the entire Tay Ninh city.
